PicoAcuity

PicoAcuity is a picosecond laser that delivers energy in ultra-short pulses to break up pigment efficiently, which the body then clears. It operates at 1064 and 532 nm, with optional 585 and 650 nm, to treat different pigmentations with precision, versatility, high control and safety.

How it works

Its ultra-short pulses create a powerful photoacoustic effect: a shock wave that shatters pigment without overheating the skin. The energy acts directly on melanin, ink or haemoglobin and fragments the pigment into tiny particles that the body eliminates naturally. In vascular lesions, its ultra-fast action collapses the vessel with millimetre precision, without damaging the surrounding tissue. The IGBT source ensures a stable pulse, less heat and more uniform results.

Configured for every indication.

Main lens

532 + 1064 nm

Concentrates energy so that pigment fragments and is metabolised more easily. 532 nm is ideal for vascular treatments.

DOE fractional lens

6 × 6 mm

Pixel-sized microperforations in a non-ablative 5 × 5 or 6 × 6 pattern (49 or 100 pixels), with uniform energy.

1064 nm

Blue, brown, grey and deep black tattoos. Stimulates the dermis and treats redness, pores and texture.

532 nm

Red, beige/tan, orange and purple tattoos. Improves epidermal spots, freckles and superficial redness.
